This Refund Policy describes how we handle refunds, exchanges, and credits for orders placed through our website or in our restaurant, including takeout and delivery services. Eligibility for refunds

Refunds may be issued for unsatisfactory food quality, missing items, or incorrect orders that were confirmed by our staff or reflected in the order summary. To qualify, requests must be made within 24 hours of the delivery or pickup time and must include the order number, date, and a brief description of the issue. We reserve the right to request supporting evidence, such as a photo of the item, to verify the claim. Refunds are not offered for minor presentation issues or changes that were requested by the customer after the order was placed, unless the issue materially affects the product quality or completeness of the order.

How to request a refund

Discounts, promotional codes, and special offers apply to qualified products at the time of purchase. Refunds will reflect the price paid after applicable discounts. Gift cards, when issued, are not refundable. Certain items may be excluded from refund consideration if they are perishable or prepared to customer specifications.
